How to Register Your Child for Head Start/Early Head Start
To register your child(ren) for MYCAP Head Start/Early Head Start, you must first call for an appointment, then visit our main office or one of our three multiple sites in person:
You will need to fill out several application forms in order to register. You may do this in person at the time of your appointment, or you can save time by filling out these forms in advance and bringing them with you along with the above materials.

You may print blank forms out, complete them by hand, and then bring them into the MYCAP offices to facilitate the enrollment process.
